"More than a gym"
KB Fitness is more than a gym, it’s a family! This is a place where I can go to feel good and know I am doing something for myself! The classes are my favorite, I have lost weight and gained muscle as well as wanting to make better food choices. I have also met new friends who help me maintain consistency and accountability. Cindy Reed I love my early morning workouts, my days are brighter and always better after a good intense workout. I walk laps when I first get there and say good morning to all the other patrons whom I know by name, it truly is a great hometown feel with all the equipment necessary to be the best version of yourself, safe friendly environment for everyone. KB Fitness has given me all the tools to reverse my age. Dave Reed
